Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully prepared and packed to help ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Processing times
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.

UK delivery
UK orders are sent using a suitable Royal Mail or courier service. Tracking will be provided where available.

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or due to delays outside my control.

Delivery charges
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, I may not be able to amend the address.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so I can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
